Fuel and repairs
Drivable vehicles have limited fuel and armor. The official Hajin guide identifies Gas Stations for repair and refueling. Plan a stop before a long crossing and avoid treating an armored vehicle as unlimited protection. A moving train or tram does not give the player a driver control just because it can be boarded.
Combat movement versus extraction
Monarch is NPC infiltration/extraction transport; it is not another player-flown helicopter in this roster. Check active extraction markers rather than assuming a parked vehicle completes exfil. Exact speeds, health values, respawn schedules and guaranteed spawn coordinates have not been established by the checked source.
