Boss Board and target discovery

Boss Board unlocks after the second DMZ Order. Lieutenant intel has prerequisite challenges, costs cash and is valid for one deployment. A Lieutenant Hunt tower terminal reveals a nearby target. Commander intel cannot be purchased; proximity can trigger Tac-Map information and a team-leader warning. These are different discovery systems.

Rewards and extraction risk

Lieutenant weapons and keys are chance drops, not guaranteed rewards. Extracting the Lieutenant Dog Tag Case advances the board, but carrying it broadcasts your location. Plan a return route before picking it up. Names such as Gorani, Bale and Warden appear in official narrative examples; this is not a complete fixed-spawn Lieutenant directory or a numerical drop-rate table.
