Release-date status
As of the October 22 source check, the official material describes Season 1 as shortly after launch / later in 2026; an exact calendar date was not found. No date or countdown is inferred from the October 23 game launch. Check the official seasonal announcement when it appears.
Confirmed Warzone plans
Plans include MW4 Warzone integration and progression. The announced cosmetic display toggle is Warzone-only, off by default, and changes how others appear to you rather than your own unlocks. Legacy weapons are described under a Legacy tab with fixed five-part base versions and existing blueprints; old Gunsmith and prior Custom Loadouts are not carried over as editable equivalents.
Mastery and edition timing
The published Warzone Mastery names are Parallax, Damascus Reforged and Empyros; the checked challenge criteria remain classified. Seasonal Vault/BlackCell entitlements depend on the Season 1 Battle Pass becoming available and the specific one-season redemption terms. A named camo or benefit is not proof that the season has already started.
