Classic or Regular Prestige
After completing level 55, the official progression guide offers a choice for each Prestige. Classic resets player-level unlocks and Create-a-Class, with a 20% XP bonus and a Permanent Unlock Token. Regular retains level unlocks and Create-a-Class. There are ten Prestige ranks before Prestige Master progression toward 1000. Read the selected option’s confirmation screen carefully.
Weapon Prestige and attachments
The October 21 launch notes clarify that Weapon Prestige re-locks all attachments on the chosen weapon, including shared attachments, and switches that weapon to classic level unlocks. Other weapons that have not been Prestiged retain their shared attachments. This is separate from the Classic/Regular player choice; do not assume choosing Regular protects a weapon you separately Prestige.
DMZ XP direction
DMZ XP also advances the overall level-55 player track. Multiplayer and Warzone XP do not advance the separate DMZ level. DMZ operator Trait Prestige is another track again. Check which level a facility or operator requires before choosing where to play.
